ServSafe Manager Certification Course

The Central District Health Department will offer the 8-hour ServSafe Manager Certfication course, developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. Completion of the course provides certification that is valid for five years and can be used anywhere in the United States. Pre-registration is required by February 11, 2008.
