School Physicals
Central District Health Department offers school/sports physicals students in grades 7 thru 12. The cost of a school physical is not available on a sliding fee scale and payment is due at time of the appointment.
Services provided during the school/sports physicals include:
- Physical Exam
- Vision Screening
- Health Promotion Guidance
