Vision / Mission
Nurse Family Partnership is a home visitation program providing first time, low income mothers with specially trained registered nurses. The Nurse visitor works with the mother to improve maternal, prenatal and early childhood development and well being, with the expectation that the home visitations will support continuing improvements in the lives of the family
